Close coordination with the CCO and the marketing team to implement our commercial strategy(ies)
Identification of competitive advantages to optimize our margins, capacity utilization and marketing concepts
Monitoring and analysis of our performance metrics, including deriving actionable recommendations to continuously optimize our sales and marketing strategies
Implementation of various cruise-line initiatives tailored to each target group
Coordination with our cruise line and key account partners regarding terms and rates
Monitoring market, competitor and demand developments to identify growth and revenue opportunities
Development and implementation of trade marketing and campaign strategies
Maintaining our strategic partnerships and active networking (e.g., business travel, participation in partner events / annual meetings / quarterly alignments / trade shows)
Requirements
Degree in business administration, marketing & sales, tourism management or a related field, or significant professional experience in a comparable area
(Initial) relevant professional experience in marketing, commercial, sales, revenue management or business development
Proficient in MS Office and experienced with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Ideally experience with CRM or revenue management systems or in the cruise industry — both are advantageous but not required
Strong numerical affinity and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
Natural communication and presentation strengths, with good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel for business trips and events, including outside regular office hours or on weekends
