About this role

Prepare annual business plans, financial forecasts, budgets, and support strategic planning
Support efforts to achieve working capital targets
Provide timely reporting of financial results and activities
Collect and report data on key operational variables
Deliver financial analyses and business insight to support decision-making
Identify cost of quality issues and initiate actions to prevent nonconformities
Recommend and support solutions for continuous improvements
Assist in improving profitability through operational analysis
Support corporate financial requirements
Ensure accounting and financial records are maintained and internal controls are effective
Provide finance and accounting support for Continuous Improvement initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Eight or more years of financial experience
Three or more years of supervisory experience
Significant experience in cost accounting, financial forecasting, and capital investment decision-making within a manufacturing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel as required
