About this role

Operation and maintenance of Jira and Confluence in customer environments (Data Center & Cloud)
Updates and patch cycles on Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian) and monitoring of AWS/EKS environments
Scripting with Bash and Python for recurring processes (backups, user provisioning)
Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge base to retain team knowledge

You have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in complex Atlassian environments and demonstrable experience with migrations (DC to Cloud).
You understand the on-premise world (infrastructure/IDPs) as well as modern cloud architectures.
Your German is business fluent (C1/native) to understand customer issues in detail.
Your English is strong enough (B2+) to handle vendor tickets and documentation.
Nice-to-have: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications or experience in the automotive sector (OEM/suppliers).
