Act as a strategic product management partner, influencing solution strategy, roadmap execution, and prioritization across core payment and automation solutions.
Own defined payment capabilities and initiatives, delivering clear requirements, success metrics, and business cases.
Translate client workflows into scalable bank solutions across onboarding, implementations, servicing, and escalations.
Document data flows, dependencies, and integrations; manage client impact and go live readiness.
Collaborate in Agile or hybrid delivery models with engineering teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, payments, financial services, operations, or project management.
Strong knowledge of commercial payments and AP automation solutions.
Experience leading or supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional influence skills; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
