Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Develop strategic approaches to engage decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, with consistent tracking and reporting of opportunities.
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and business objectives to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners to support recurring opportunities and account growth.
Expand market presence across key sectors including Real Estate Development & Construction, Energy Management, Facility Control Systems, Utilities, and Contractor and Engineering networks.
Participate in relevant industry events, associations, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts, activities, and opportunities within company platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful sales cycles.
Prepare and deliver regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Triacta, Quadlogic, and competing solutions to effectively position offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; engineering background considered an asset.
3–5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within electrical, construction, building systems, or energy management sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Experience with technical or solution-based sales, particularly in complex environments.
Familiarity with data communication protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is an asset.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel across North America (up to ~50%).
