Identify new partnership and co-development opportunities.
Support the development of the project portfolio in France.
Develop market diversification strategies and new technology initiatives.
Monitor and coordinate partners and projects.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and local authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, engineering).
Track partner performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Evaluate and select project acquisition opportunities.
Manage and contribute to the due diligence process (technical, financial and legal).
Lead negotiations with partners and stakeholders.
Conduct market and regulatory analyses on photovoltaics in France.
Prepare investment memoranda and internal presentation materials.
Attend industry events and meet with photovoltaic stakeholders.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or Engineering degree) in environmental engineering, renewable energy, spatial planning, geography, agriculture or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in the acquisition or sale of ground-mounted photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects, or in implementing successful co-development arrangements.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with strong confidence and persuasiveness.
Deep knowledge of the ground-mounted and agrivoltaic PV market and its key players.
Familiarity with permitting processes, land acquisition and grid connection procedures.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
Availability for travel and the ability to work independently, rigorously and responsibly.
Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, operational approach.
High resilience and aptitude for resolving complex issues in demanding regulatory and political environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both local communities and senior leadership.
