Support in developing campaigns and activations for events and incentive projects;
Receive and manage project spreadsheets and department performance indicators;
Interface and coordinate with the company’s various brands and departments;
Manage relationships with marketing and events suppliers;
Support the development of event policies, guidelines and guides;
Assist in controlling timelines and budgets for initiatives, as well as managing registrations and purchase orders (POs) related to the team’s projects;
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Communication (Advertising, Journalism or Public Relations) or related fields;
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel);
Proactive and curious;
Organized and able to plan effectively;
Good communication skills;
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines;
