Role Overview
- Lead projects from development phase through to serial production
- Create and manage project plans (timing, budget, technical scope)
- Oversee execution of financial and technical targets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with all stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers
- Lead project teams and regularly report project status to management
- Manage programs in line with Lear LPMP standards (APQP analogy)
Requirements
- University degree in technical or economics field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in automotive
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Fluent English is required, German is a plus
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
