About this role
Role Overview
Promote and sell the Cranial, Spine, and ENT product portfolio within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding defined sales targets
Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads, assessing customer needs, and positioning tailored solutions
Provide high-quality product education, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and distributor teams
Collaborate with partners to ensure effective execution of sales activities, product launches, and market development initiatives
Conduct ongoing market analysis, including customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities
Implement and adapt market development strategies and sales plans aligned with regional and business objectives
Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, maintaining visibility on business performance
Represent Medtronic professionally, ensuring alignment with company values, quality standards, and patient focus
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
4+ years proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in Cranial, Spine, ENT, or related surgical specialties
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in multi-country environments
Experience working with distributors and indirect sales models
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with clinicians and business stakeholders
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
Native-level proficiency in Croatian or Serbian (written and spoken)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with high accountability
Ability to work effectively across diverse markets within the Adriatic region and Malta
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and outside.
