Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies.
Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders.
Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams.
Promote and educate on the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource.
Execute focused outreach strategies in “hot” markets with high patient potential.
Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory.
Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility.
Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes.
Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies.
Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance.
Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
6+ years in Sales with 2+ years in Cath Lab Sales/Medical Capital Equipment/Surgical Sales/and in hospital pharmaceutical sales
Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies
Top 10% past performance, Presidents Club winner.
Frequent travel within assigned territory.
