Serve as a bridge between client-reported issues and technical solution teams
Triage, analyze, and contextualize inbound client issues to ensure accurate routing
Develop and maintain client relationships and work with internal technical staff
Perform moderate to complex research and analysis to support business operations
Review client systems or processes to identify deficiencies and propose improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Required
3+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
Demonstrated knowledge of processes and issues impacting direct writers, reinsurers, and retrocessionaires
An understanding of how decisions impact other areas of an organization
Proven understanding of reinsurance administration and products necessary for the management of reinsurance premiums, claims, other administrative functions, and preparation of trending reports and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
