Supporting the Human Capital team with various HR projects and initiatives for business services professionals, including researching best practices, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and presentations
Assisting the Legal Talent team with coordination and delivery of development activities and events for lawyers, including internal presentations, training sessions, and lawyer outings
Supporting the Associate Recruiting team throughout all phases of entry-level hiring, managing candidate materials and correspondence, and coordinating interview schedules and recruiting events
Organising lawyer events and providing end-to-end support, including registration, speaker coordination, course materials, and logistics
Producing specialised reports and materials to support both HR and recruiting projects
Performing administrative tasks such as taking meeting notes, managing expenses, and maintaining team resources
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2), ideally in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field
Well-developed professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet multiple deadlines
Proactive attitude and a strong interest in human resources within a law firm environment
