Outbound Business Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone
• Sell Comcast Internet, Voice and TV services to small and mid-sized business
• Meet and exceed all assigned sales quotas
• Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, and communication
• Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 years relevant work experience
• Wireless experience strongly preferred
• Selling Comcast Business Mobile is a requirement
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
