About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with accountability for revenue growth and retention
Build and maintain senior-level relationships including C-suite stakeholders
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans
Identify whitespace and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise negotiations
Serve as primary point of contact and ensure strong customer experience
Conduct executive business and account reviews
Partner cross-functionally across internal teams
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
Stay current on industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic account management
Experience selling into pharmaceutical or biopharma companies
Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts
Experience selling data, analytics, or consulting solutions
Advanced degree in business or life sciences (preferred)
Experience managing global, matrixed client relationships (preferred)
Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contract expansion (preferred)
Experience in market access, clinical, or data solutions (preferred)
Strong consultative selling skills (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (preferred)
