Role Overview
- Planning and execution of manual and automated tests (functional and non-functional, including desktop)
- Identification and mitigation of quality risks
- Test automation and integration into pipelines
- Defect management: evidence collection, prioritization, and follow-up through re-test
- Continuous improvement of processes with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Acting as a promoter of quality culture across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in dynamic and static testing
- Knowledge of at least one programming language
- Experience with design patterns applied to test automation
- Experience with Playwright and/or Cypress (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Knowledge of mobile testing with Appium and WebdriverIO
- Preferred: experience in the financial sector (banks, fintechs, brokerages) and AI tools
