About this role

Develop core messaging frameworks (what, why, how) for Total Rewards programs
Write high-quality program communications, including employee emails, announcements, and manager guidance
Create manager toolkits and talking points to support effective cascade communications
Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and global markets
Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies and narratives to life
Translate and simplify complex topics such as benefits, compensation, performance, and development into clear, engaging content

Experience supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications for large organizations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content development
Strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality, impactful communications
A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the broader team
