Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements
Leading improvements and enabling sales and engineering process via tools, processes, and other initiatives
Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage

4+ years Workday technical integrations experience
Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
Strong analytical skills
Thorough understanding and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Certified or ability to certify in Workday Integrations
Industry/Product knowledge of HR Tech Industry
Team player with self-management skills
Strong decision making
Adept at executing projects from scratch and collaborating with cross-company stakeholders within a specific time
