Role Overview
- Lead the technical delivery of CR2’s Digital & Cards Solutions
- Responsible for end-to-end technical implementation, integration, and support of CR2’s product suite
- Assist in developing implementation, migration, and testing plans
- Install and configure CR2 software in customer environments
- Translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation
- Deliver training sessions and system walkthroughs
- Produce comprehensive documentation including installation guides and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT discipline
- 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech projects, preferably in customer-facing roles
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking, databases, and programming
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio
