Account Manager – Oncology

Role Overview

• Responsible for customer-facing field client service
• Assist in operationalizing HCP requests and timely sample collection
• Leverage company tools to problem solve customer orders
• Collaborate with field sales to support company goals
• Identify and develop working relationships with customers
• Analyze commercial environment within assigned accounts
• Ensure team objectives are met
• Work effectively with individuals across multiple departments
• Follow all GH Compliance, Privacy, and Business Conduct policies

Requirements

• 0-3 years customer service/sales experience
• Previous experience in diagnostic, medical device, biotech, pharma setting is preferred
• Ability to engage in a consultative process
• Comfortable communicating and presenting at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding strategic account planning skills
• Must be very proficient with all Microsoft Office products
• Ability to develop cross-functional relationships
• Problem solving, decision making and technical learning skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Frequent travel throughout the territory required
