7+ years of experience in video and motion design (in-house, agency, or hybrid)
Strong portfolio demonstrating: Motion graphics, Video editing, Campaign work, Social-first and performance-driven content
Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro + Generative Tools, Adobe Creative Suite
Expert in AI Tools to build digital advertising assets such as Claude
Additional AI Tools to help with Speed, Workflows, Creative Generation, and Quality
Experience creating for multiple platforms and formats
Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, typography, and visual storytelling
A bachelor's degree is preferred
Nice-to-Have Experience supporting retail, franchise, or multi-location brands
Familiarity with sports, lifestyle, or experiential brands
Ability to shoot video or capture content
Efficiency in color correction / color-grading
Experience working within an agency, structured brand system or internal agency model.
