Support the planning and execution of creator marketing campaigns across priority artists and projects.
Coordinate creator activations starting from the initial briefing to final delivery and reporting.
Work with agency partners to manage schedules, project outputs, and optimize campaign performance.
Ensure creator content aligns with artist objectives and campaign priorities.
Build & maintain relationships with creators, creator agencies and platform partners.
Support agency evaluations and campaign reporting.
Leverage platform, audience, and creator insights to guide recommendations.
Support internal education and knowledge sharing around creator marketing opportunities and best practices.
Oversee briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals following the full production lifecycle.
Manage agency agreements and deliverables ranging from best terms, creative notes, timelines, and reporting, where applicable.
Leverage tools, data, and insights to anticipate creative trends and topics that connect artists and culture.
Stay abreast of compliance, governance, and innovation in the evolving creator economy.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive experience in social media management, creator relations, or digital content production, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with creator agencies, talent managers, or external partners.
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and campaign performance insights to inform future recommendations.
Experience executing creator or influencer marketing campaigns, including creator sourcing, briefing, relationship management, and performance tracking.
Strong interest in pop culture, trends, & fan behavior.
