Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist

Role Overview

• Make outbound calls in accordance with established protocols
• Manage requests related to coverage for clinical products
• Interact with internal and external representatives
• Provide product-specific training sessions
• Accurately evaluate clinical information before determining next steps

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience and experience in health-related areas
• General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs
• Bilingual (French/English) required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
