Focus on strengthening Armadillo’s digital experience through brand storytelling.
Oversee the ideation, planning and production of Armadillo’s digital content platforms, collaborating cross departments and with external partners where required.
Manage end-to-end digital communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery and a consistent storytelling across all channels.
Curate and execute social content with a focus on quality, consistency and brand alignment.
Support social media community management, including monitoring comments, messages, and engagement.
Collaborate with relevant teams, in support of producing creative assets in line with marketing calendar.
Track performance across channels using analytics tools and report on engagement and its impact on business goals.
Compile monthly, campaign-based, or event-based post-campaign reports across data platforms and tools.
Requirements
Experience in digital communications and social media, preferably within the home decor or textiles industry.
Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
Ability to manage content schedules, communications calendars, approval workflows and digital task trackers.
Impactful presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a range of clients that will have varied degrees of familiarity with the brand.
