Provides direct support for Oracle eBusiness Suite and associated Oracle WebLogic middleware.

Actively mentors and up-skills mid-level engineers while focusing on complex issues, optimization, and cross-team coordination with infrastructure, network, security, and communications teams.
Ensures alignment of database operations with enterprise availability requirements across production, development, test, and recovery environments.
