Email Marketing Intern, French Speaker

Role Overview

• Build and send email campaigns, including lead-nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
• Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, speaker liaison, and attendee communications
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for professional associations and industry bodies that efficy collaborates with
• Maintain contact database hygiene and ensure accurate segmentation in our CRM and marketing automation tools

Requirements

• Final-year Master's student (Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent internship experience
• Available for a 6-month internship with a university agreement
• Keen interest in email marketing, events, and B2B
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Comfortable using CRM tools and AI-powered platforms (e.g., Claude)
• Native-level French
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
