You'll run the full recruitment cycle — no handoffs, no siloed tasks.
That means building real relationships with candidates and clients, managing vacancies from brief to placement, conducting interviews, writing compelling job ads, and keeping everything running smoothly in Bullhorn and across our systems.
You'll also have a genuine voice in how we do things. We're growing, and we want people who bring ideas, not just execution.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience working with Australian clients
Experience working with Doctors or Allied Health Professionals
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
