Responsible for the successful implementation of our brand and the establishment of our products together with your customers
Launching and establishing Oatly as a leading brand in the Plant Based category in Poland
Building basic structures and developing and maintaining strong relationships with the largest food retail customers in Poland
Leading annual meetings and defining the marketing strategy and the assortment together with our customers
Ensuring that targets are achieved (volume, profitability, etc.) and that the agreed marketing strategies are implemented within the specified budget
Developing optimization measures for our customers; including the initiation of promotional measures as well as their implementation, evaluation, and optimization by analyzing KPIs such as distribution, listing, placement, and pricing
Prepare regular reports of progress, forecasts, and demand planning in close cooperation with our demand planner
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders from Oatly’s field force, marketing, trade marketing, finance, and supply chain departments
Requirements
Proven experience as key account manager in FMCG, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role managing one of Poland’s largest food retail accounts; experience with discounter chains is a strong plus
Talented negotiator with a data-driven and problem-solver mindset. Familiarity with Nielsen is a plus
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a hands-on mentality and ownership approach
