Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong knowledge of .NET / C#
Experience with React for front-end development
Experience in modernization projects, version migrations, or framework upgrades
Experience with code refactoring and technical dependency analysis
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web application architecture
Practice with source control and code review
Advanced English, able to participate in meetings and interact with global teams
Experience upgrading to recent versions (.NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8) (plus)
Experience in digital transformation and technology modernization contexts (plus)
