Lead the design, definition, and implementation of business process templates for ERP processes across the Electrification Service Division
Establish target operating models and standardized processes for Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO) in the service domain
Align existing processes across countries and drive standardization in realization of business value and expected benefits
Partner with IS/ERP and application owners to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems
Collaborate with functional and regional management to ensure buy-in and drive process adoption

10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations processes
Sound SAP system and process understanding in the modules SAP SD, PP, MM, PS
Project management & change management experience
Strong analytical skills
University degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain or related field
