Partner with the GM to define and drive strategic priorities and company objectives, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Lead organizational OKR reporting, partnering with peer leaders to enable visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement within their teams.
Drive the operational reporting cadence, including weekly team reviews, MBRs, QBRs and board prep.
Develop business cases to inform strategies across multiple business verticals, including product innovation, marketing, sales, insurance, and data analytics.
Support M&A activities: including target identification, and commercial, financial and operational analysis.
Foster a data-informed, results-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process improvements
Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams responsible for driving overall efficiency and scale across the organization
Requirements
At least 12 years of experience in strategy, finance, analytics, business operations, or strategic planning, preferably within a consulting firm or high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS environment.
Proven track record of scaling a high-growth B2C and B2B2C platforms and driving cross-functional alignment in a SaaS company with recurring revenue models.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, financial modeling skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams within a scale-up environment.
Nice to Have: Fluent in both English and French.
CFA, CPA, or MBA or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
Existing knowledge of Canadian healthcare system.
