Identify opportunities that align client needs with Delve Deeper's capabilities
Lead active business development opportunities from discovery through close
Help shape solution architecture that aligns Delve Deeper's capabilities to client needs
Develop a deep understanding of Delve Deeper's capabilities across media, analytics, creative, technology, and data
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM practices
Requirements
7–15+ years of experience in agency growth, consultative sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
Experience selling marketing, media, analytics, technology, or consulting services
Deep understanding of nonprofit organizations, digital fundraising, advocacy organizations, associations, foundations, and other mission-driven sectors
Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams
A consultative mindset focused on creating long-term value for clients and the business
