You have proven, in-depth experience in both operational and strategic management of SEA and paid social campaigns.
You think in P&Ls, ROAS, CPA and Customer Lifetime Value.
Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for data are part of your DNA.
You have a broad foundational understanding of other marketing disciplines (e.g., SEO, CRO, web analytics).
You don't have to execute these operationally, but you must be able to orchestrate them strategically.
You are a strong communicator, present confidently to clients and enjoy translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
You are not afraid of mistakes — you enjoy hypothesis-driven testing and learn from every outcome.
