We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the User Experience at our kiosks.
Responsible for collecting upwards of 20k phones a day.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Product.
Accountable for the efficiency of kiosks, measured by funnel rates.
You will work cross-functionally with software development, engineering, hardware, data and operations teams.

8+ years of product management experience in software development.
Experience building user experiences for a physical product makes you more interesting (e.g. Self-service checkout, ordering kiosks, POS etc.)
A track record of owning key revenue generating metrics.
Strong analytical capability and comfort defining (or evolving) operational KPIs with data teams.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior IC in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment.
Experimentation mindset with real history of A/B tests that substantiate incremental gains.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
