Development and execution of a digital marketing growth strategy.
Create and publish high quality content across social media, email, blogs, paid advertising and other marketing channels, that reflects the brand’s voice & aesthetic.
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters, and automated flows.
Develop creative assets, copy, and audiences for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, working closely with the founders on campaign strategy and execution, with scope to expand into Google Ads over time.
Support content-driven SEO initiatives through blog creation and content optimisation.
Assist with landing page content and updates.
Lead marketing planning, maintain content calendars, and manage projects to a high standard.
Monitor content performance across all channels and prepare insights and recommendations to improve results.
Use AI tools to work efficiently without compromising quality or brand authenticity.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth, ideally for an ecommerce, product-based, or design-led business.
Strong copywriting skills and graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), with the ability to develop a deep understanding of a brand's voice and visual aesthetic.
Proven experience in social media management, email marketing and content creation.
Experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns, particularly across Meta platforms.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation.
Solid experience with email marketing platforms and a strong understanding of email marketing best practice, including segmentation, automation, and performance optimisation.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve content quality and workflow efficiency and comfortable working at an intermediate level across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with website content management systems, particularly Squarespace or WordPress.
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain visibility over results.
Experience in a design-led, homewares, interiors, or lifestyle brand is a plus.
