Easy Outsource is a company seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and membership growth for a Pilates studio franchise. The role involves overseeing the digital marketing ecosystem, including social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and reputation management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives and promotional campaigns
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive memberships, class bookings, and local brand awareness
- Develop and refine ongoing social media and digital marketing strategies
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including posts, reels, and stories
- Design and edit creative assets, graphics, and video content
- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain brand voice across platforms
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content opportunities
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings
- Maintain accurate business information across relevant local directories and discovery platforms
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback
- Implement strategies to improve local search visibility and reputation
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local campaigns
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns to drive leads, memberships, and promotions
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, audiences, and creative assets
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
- Develop lead generation strategies focused on membership acquisition and retention
- Develop and execute local SEO strategies
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search visibility
- Create SEO-focused blog articles and content
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
- Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization
- Experience with social media content creation and community management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with Pilates studios, fitness brands, gyms, wellness businesses, or boutique fitness concepts
- Experience marketing franchise or multi-location businesses
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
