Role Overview
- Draft and negotiate order forms (purchase orders)
- Maintain and evolve order form templates
- Contribute to projects updating standard terms and conditions
- Manage post-signature follow-up
- Own templates, contract review and negotiation
- Contribute to structuring contract processes
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' experience in contract law
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS contracts
- Able to operate autonomously
- Experience with internationalization / cross-border issues
- Strong interest in operations and tooling
- Act as a true business partner
- Rigorous, concise and able to explain legal concepts clearly
- Enjoys building in a fast-changing environment
