Support the day-to-day General Accounting operations for month-end-close journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting
Perform manual General Ledger postings within the activity split
Provide quality support to Audit and Control
Proactively collaborate with other functions/teams for efficient problem resolution or process controls
Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards
Actively participate in process efficiency reviews and implement process automation
Assist in implementing initiatives for improving the efficiency of General Accounting transaction processing

Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with a major in accounting
Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of accounting
Experience in GA, AP, and AR processes in a complex and international business environment is advantageous
Experience working with SAP or OpenAccounts is an advantage
Experienced knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes
Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken)
