Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong skills in talent management and performance management
- Knowledge of the specific characteristics and needs of Tech, Product and Ops populations
- Experience in a scale-up is highly valued
- Solid understanding of employment (labor) law
- Analytical mindset
