Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
Manage and develop 1-2 analysts
Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
Lead product level modeling/analytics
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by creating risk models
Manage and sequence delivery of business intent and execute against the product strategy

At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
