Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, retention, and audit standards.
Serve as a central point of communication among IT staff, leadership, project teams, end users, and vendors.
Plan and coordinate project meetings, trainings, and system‑related events; help evaluate training outcomes and improve processes.
Support data governance by reviewing data quality, assisting with access permissions, and preparing summaries or reports.
Monitor and track operational issues, document risks, and support quality‑assurance efforts.
Provide administrative support for project operations, including invoices, supplies, travel, or other assigned tasks.

Requirements
Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrate the ability to track and maintain complex information and accurate documentation across systems and formats.
Shows clear, concise, and professional communication skills with technical staff, vendors, leadership, and end users.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows and apply them effectively.
Experience in research and analytical skills to gather information, verify accuracy, and summarize content for reports and decision‑making.
