Lead the strategy, development, and execution of proactive outreach and engagement initiatives to increase awareness of Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicle, and Active Demand Response programs
Develop and implement integrated outreach plans, messaging frameworks, and engagement strategies that support business objectives and enhance customer and stakeholder awareness
Serve as a central point of contact for marketing outreach, public relations, and external communications supporting these programs
Manage external vendors and partners to deliver communications projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Track outreach activity and engagement performance, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations to inform future strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, public relations, or relevant degree
Five (5) plus years of marketing, public relations, corporate communications, outreach, stakeholder engagement, or related experience required
Strong experience in message development, public-facing communications, and stakeholder outreach
Proficient or expert-level use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience supporting media relations, media opportunities, spokesperson preparation, public-facing messaging, or high-visibility external communications strongly preferred
