Lead enterprise solution architecture for transformational implementations, net-new Braze deployments, platform migrations, complex multi-system programs.
Architect end-to-end integration patterns: Design and troubleshoot data flows across disparate systems (CDP, CRM, middleware, and data warehouses), ensuring robust connectivity and data integrity even when systems do not natively talk to each other.
Define system architecture across a client’s tech stack and design data models supporting connectivity across CDP, CRM, data warehouse, and Braze.
Own executive-level client relationships. Present to C-suite, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and guide roadmapping and prioritization.
Lead solution design reviews and drive the evolution of Stitch’s solutioning methodologies.
Step into the most complex client situations with structured problem-solving, solution expertise, and stakeholder alignment — partnering with Directors to drive resolution.
Mentor and provide feedback for Senior Technical Architects. Establish standards for privacy, compliance, security, and data strategy.
Influence Braze’s product roadmap based on client needs. Contribute to the Braze technical community.
Achieve quarterly billable targets which average to be 32 hours of billable work per week
Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
Requirements
7-10 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations.
5+ years in consulting, with proven success driving high-impact work for enterprise-level clients.
2+ years of direct people leadership experience
Experience leading teams of 6-8 direct reports or more.
Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CDPs, ESPs, data warehouses, and integrations) and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performance teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, both presently and in the future.
