Develop and maintain scalable, secure RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript (Fastify).
Design, implement and evolve authentication and authorization solutions for enterprise applications.
Build integrations between distributed systems and enterprise platforms, ensuring security, performance and availability.
Participate in the construction and maintenance of microservices-based architectures and cloud-native applications.
Implement authentication mechanisms using industry standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Integrate applications with multiple identity providers and custom authentication solutions.
Contribute to technical architecture decisions to improve solution scalability, security and observability.
Develop and maintain event-driven integrations and distributed services.
Operate in cloud environments, handling deployment, monitoring and application optimization.
Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.
Ensure code quality through development best practices, testing and technical reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience developing backend applications using Python (FastAPI) and/or JavaScript (Fastify).
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization using: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, SSO, RBAC and ABAC.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with containers using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring and application troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS and/or GCP.
Knowledge of application and API security.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Experience with cloud-native applications and event-driven architectures.
