Role Overview
- Support SOX compliance activities, including control testing and documentation
- Perform expenditure and revenue cycle testing
- Assist in monitoring and improving internal controls and compliance processes
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies
- Identify risks and support the implementation of mitigation actions
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits
- Support compliance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- University degree (Finance, Business, Law, or a related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, compliance, audit, or risk is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls and the compliance framework
- Practical experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of MS Excel
