Mid-Level Litigation and Arbitration Lawyer

Role Overview

• Work on cases across a wide range of civil law, corporate law and digital law matters for prominent clients in various sectors;
• Manage a diverse portfolio of cases across clients and subject areas, including drafting procedural documents, memoranda and legal opinions;
• Participate in and conduct meetings/hearings with judges and appellate judges and prepare oral arguments.

Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration;
• At least 4 years of experience in strategic civil litigation, particularly with routine drafting of varied procedural filings and advisory work (memoranda, legal opinions), demonstrating a hands-on profile and autonomy in day-to-day case management (deadline control, client contact, proposing legal strategy, risk analysis);
• Postgraduate degree, LL.M. and/or specialization in related areas will be considered a plus;
• Fluent English preferred.
