Support the registration, updating, and tracking of the legal department’s requests and their execution deadlines.
Assist in drafting and managing documentation, powers of attorney, certificates, patents, and registrations with relevant authorities.
Assist with the registration, filing, retrieval, and dissemination of the Company’s contracts and documents.
Assist in preparing, tracking, and archiving documents, including contracts, on electronic signature platforms.
Support the registration of corporate acts with Commercial Registries (Juntas Comerciais), including payment of fees, submission and collection of documents, and fulfillment of requirements.
Assist with legal department payments and related procedures.
Requirements
Pursuing a Law degree (undergraduate)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good communication, proactivity, and organizational skills
