Sales Representative – SWAT

Role Overview

• Engage customers through multiple remote and Face to Face channels to promote brand messaging
• Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts
• Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations
• Engage with HCPs face to face as needed
• Utilize digital resources and technology to connect with HCPs
• Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals
• Effectively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program
• Verify and complete required data entry in client CRM systems
• Follow business rules for appropriate hand-offs to other appropriate personnel
• Communicate with the Sales Leader, team members and client on projects progress as required
• Prepare reports for management as needed
• Comply with all laws, regulations and client policies
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the program leadership
• Travel in the field up to 30% expected

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college
• Pharmaceutical sales experience required
• 1+ years Therapeutic area experience preferred
• Virtual Sales experience required
• Specialty Pharmaceutical experience required
• Experience utilizing digital resources, triggers/suggestions
