Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring contacts and activities are accurately logged
Validate, enrich, and qualify inbound and outbound leads from various sources (e.g. phone, web, campaigns, tradeshows) within agreed SLAs
Assign leads to the appropriate sales managers, business development managers, partners, or distributors
Communicate proactively and reactively with prospects and customers via phone and email
Respond to customer inquiries by leveraging internal knowledge and collaborating with teams such as product management, service, supply chain, and finance
Facilitate virtual product demonstrations and coordinate sales appointments
Support the handling of pre-sales-related NPS detractors
Contribute to projects aimed at identifying, nurturing, and converting leads
Support marketing and sales initiatives to generate appointments, leads, and subscriptions
Occasionally participate in customer meetings or support regional events
Share best practices with global teams to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI
Optimise chatbot responses by analysing and improving commercial queries and automated interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
Experience in a commercial or customer service environment; inside sales experience is a plus
Fluent in Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian, and English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
Ability to work independently in an international environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong organisational skills combined with technical affinity
Supportive and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on helping sales teams achieve their goals
Commercial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented ‘can-do’ attitude
Strong problem-solving skills with ownership and accountability
Creative mindset to support marketing and sales initiatives
