Support preparation of materials for the market (earnings releases, presentations and regulatory forms)
Consolidate and analyze data from the group companies, ensuring consistency in disclosed information
Support investor and analyst inquiries with quality and agility
Prepare market analyses, financial indicators and performance reports
Monitor and analyze the department’s budget, producing management reports
Support compliance with regulatory obligations before the CVM and B3, ensuring adherence to deadlines
Assist in drafting Market Communications and Material Facts
Work in partnership with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, Strategy and ESG teams
Contribute to ESG initiatives, particularly the sustainability report
Support planning and execution of investor events
Keep the IR website updated and assist with English translations
Perform IR administrative routines: vendors, purchase requisitions and contract management
Organize and maintain the department’s databases, documents and reports
Monitor IR trends and best practices, proposing improvements for the function

Degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate English
Knowledge of financial analysis and financial statements
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in Investor Relations, Treasury, Finance, Controllership or similar areas
Experience with publicly traded companies
Knowledge of capital markets, valuation and CVM/B3 regulation
Experience with market data tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, among others)
Experience with Power BI or similar data analysis tools
Advanced or fluent English
Familiarity with using artificial intelligence tools applied to work
Resilience and ability to handle deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to interact with diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines
