Support mandatory ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) routines (SIP, SIB, TISS, RPS and others)
Improve the data submitted to the ANS
Provide support to departments regarding ANS regulations (implementation of rules, communication, review)
Support responses to NIPs and other administrative processes
Adapt the Operator’s routines to new ANS regulations, studying impacts and minimizing changes
Support the parameterization of the Operator’s systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor the Operator’s products, proposing changes and improvements
Work on the quality of the Operator’s normative documentation/policies, together with Legal, to improve workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Data Science or related fields
Familiarity with ANS is desirable
BI (Business Intelligence) skills are a plus
